Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Customs & Import Duties KitWear26 ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our prices.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hellokitwear26@gmail.com. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
